On Sundays I stop moving
and plant my feet here
I allow all the spaces within me
depleted from the week’s output
To slowly fill back in

沾花惹草糊涂难得
从容淡定卷缩高阁
袖手旁观静听蝉歌
腾云驾雾赏菊戏鸽
闲情逸致巷尾街头
把一周支出的空间
有滋有味慢慢填补
Today I go slow
I breathe with intension.
Allow the coffee to swirl on my tongue a second longer
Hold my smiles until it reaches my eyes

安步当车悠然自得
放浪形骸吃喝玩乐
茗茶品酒呼吸新鲜
让美味徘徊于舌尖
含口咖啡想入非非
怂恿微笑秋波脉脉
大胆忆旧思念前欢
Today I don’t need answers
And I won’t ask questions
Today it will be enough to Be.

问题答案闹钟休眠
暂且回笼原本状态
一觉舒服到自然醒
褴褛衣衫不拘小节
姑息无语枉费手机
发呆走神游手好闲
何必充满精彩空白
To observe without judgment
To see without attaching
To love without condition
To sit without guilt
To sigh without reason
To laugh without a joke
To feel peace without resolution
To trust without a proof

斜倚东篱遥望岚岭
饱享眼福忘却招引
爽快咬嚼富士苹果
不用害羞无需完美
尽管无故叹气呻吟
想笑就笑神经嘻嘻
大话连天扯破牛皮
