早上去做Latin Heat。有好几个星期没去了。
去GYM只要五分钟。收音机里正好在播放《An Old Fashioned Love Song》。后来心里就一直不知不觉地响着这首歌的旋律。

这是一首老歌了。也许我也老了，听好多新歌没感觉，但听一些过去听过的老歌，总是仍能被打动。
也许好多年前，听歌的时候，心里也正充满激情，正有着歌里一样美好的情愫。人生在世，许多美好的相遇，美好的瞬间，美好的情感，也许都是相似的。感谢那些诗人和歌者，把他们的美好感受用诗和歌表达了出来，使我们每次听到，心的深处那柔软的一隅也跟着振动、共鸣。
激情总是短暂，但回忆却可以持续一生。而且岁月会把最美好的沉淀下来。
回家的时候，又听到了另一首老歌《Shadow Dancing》。于是，又被激情了一番。
